In a contact or lead workflow, add Enroll in a sequence, then choose the sequence and who sends it.
Let the workflow do the rest
Each contact that reaches the action is enrolled, and the emails go out from the sender's own inbox, as if they had enrolled the contact themselves.

EnrollCue keeps a “Planned sequence” contact property in sync with your sequences. Set it, and a single workflow branch sends each contact to the right sequence. New sequences show up within 5 minutes.

Sending limits that protect your inboxes
Set a daily limit per sender (100 by default, up to 1,000). Above the limit, enrollments wait and go out over the following days instead of failing.
Safe at volume
Hundreds of contacts at once? EnrollCue paces its calls to stay within HubSpot's limits, and pauses a misconfigured workflow instead of failing again and again.
