Questions
What counts as an enrollment?
Each contact successfully enrolled in a sequence: a deal workflow that enrolls three contacts counts three. Failed attempts (for example an unsubscribed contact), enrollments still waiting for room in a sender's daily limit and unenrollments don't count.
How do I upgrade?
Start on the Free plan, then email support@enrollcue.com to move to Pro or Business. Self-serve billing is coming soon.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Do I need HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise?
No. That's the point of EnrollCue: the sender needs a Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional seat, and your account needs workflows.
