Who we are
EnrollCue is operated by Akia marketing Inc., 645, rue Gounod, Montréal (Québec) H2R 1C3 (“we”). This policy covers the EnrollCue app for HubSpot and the enrollcue.com website.

Our role
For the HubSpot data that EnrollCue processes on your behalf (your contacts, leads, deals, companies, tickets, users and sequences), you, the HubSpot account holder, decide why it is processed; we act as your service provider and only process it to provide EnrollCue. For data about our own customers (who installed the app, billing, support), we are responsible for it.

We do not store your contacts' names or email addresses: the console reads them from HubSpot when you open it, and they are not kept.
EnrollCue only writes to your HubSpot account to enroll contacts in sequences, to maintain the “Planned sequence” property, and to unenroll contacts: for that, it logs a meeting on the contact and deletes it once the contact has left the sequence (it then sits in HubSpot's recycle bin).
We don't sell personal information, don't use it for advertising, and don't use it to train artificial intelligence models.
Website and cookies
enrollcue.com uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. During installation, the app sets one strictly necessary cookie that protects the connection to HubSpot; it expires after 10 minutes. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
Service providers and location
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, database and email delivery.
- HubSpot, Inc.: the platform you connect EnrollCue to.
These providers may process data outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States. We only use providers that commit to protecting it.
How long we keep data
- Enrollment and unenrollment records: up to 13 months.
- After you uninstall EnrollCue: your account's data is deleted within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example billing records).
- You can ask us to delete your data sooner at privacy@enrollcue.com.
Security
Data travels encrypted (TLS). OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Requests from HubSpot are verified by their signature, and access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or have it deleted, by writing to privacy@enrollcue.com. If you are a contact in one of our customers' HubSpot accounts, please contact that company first; we will help them answer you. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Incidents
If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned, our affected customers and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
Changes
We'll post any change on this page and update the date above. For a significant change, we'll also email the account holders.
